The first thing you see from your bed when you open your eyes in the morning? The enchanting Brouwersgracht canal. A tiny home in a great neighbourhood with lovely neighbours in one of the most beautiful spots in town is available for short term stays from February 1, 2021.

Two large windows with stained glass details let in a lot of light and provide you with a stunning view. We are a talking about a modest sized (15 sq m), but fully self sufficient space. Everything is brand new and tastefully designed. The owners tried to resemble a luxury hotel room where we would like to stay ourselves. You got your own entrance with locked door, your own bathroom & toilet, a desk and a kitchenette (equipped with induction, sink, microwave, fridge & coffee machine). Everything you need when square meters is not your main focus.

The price is 950 a month including bills, and we would ask you for 1 month deposit. The tiny home is available for a period of 1-3 months with a month to month option after this time.

Additional information: The owners, Tanya (37) & Nicolaas (36) live on the same floor. With them the tiny home shares the first entrance hallway together. The neighborhood in their humble option the best part of Amsterdam. It’s a nice mix of old-school Amsterdam and hip new businesses.

Around the corner you got the Haarlemmerdijk, a vibey shopping street, that ends straight into Central Station (5 min walk). Supermarkets are all around, food options are endless, and you’ll find that most things you want to do are within walking distance as Amsterdam centre is very compact. There is a laundromat around the corner that cleans and dries your stuff within 2 hours after dropping off. We offer to do your bedding & towel washing weekly for no additional fee
